The team at France Made Easy have made excellent contacts all over France to give our clients different and exciting holiday experiences beyond their expectations. We can tailor your holiday to fit in any of the following courses and to adapt to suit your available time in France.

See comments in our "Past Clients" section and also in the Feedback section of the website.

1. Be collected by car and go round the vineyards with our wine specialist who will take our clients walking in Savoie and will introduce them to the vine growers, including the Grand Master of the local Tastevin.

He will then arrange a picnic actually in the vineyard or in the cellar if the weather is bad - and then - he will drive you back to your hotel or chateau. A great way to find out and understand  about the culture of wine, how it is produced and meet the locals!

2. Stay in a little country hotel in Provence overlooking the hills and olive groves and do an "inhouse" cookery course with Madame's chef?

3. Follow the route of the artists such as Van Gogh, Monet, Matisse or go to see the School of Painting in Pont Aven and follow Gaugin ---

Follow the paintings of Van Gogh round a little Provencal town -- visit the asylum where he lived -- see his statue and look into his troubled eyes --

Nearby see Mont St Victoire painted by Cezanne and visit his studio ---

4. Visit a vineyard on a Roman site in Provence where artefacts are still being found? See how the Romans made their wines and taste this in vessels similarly used at the time --

5. Do a sculpting course with an award winning sculptor in the Riviera?

6. Stay in Brittany and go out sailing round the hundreds of tiny islands in the Gulf of Morbihan? Find a tiny island with lots of standing stones?

Visit a sailing museum at Lorient and see the boat used in the Transatlantic Yacht Race by The Frenchman who won - Eric Tabarly?

7.  Find out about traditional lace making and perhaps learn how to do it? Visit lace making studios in Normandy and Brittany. See local lace "coiffes" at a local fete?

8. Visit a vineyard for wine tasting but also fill your own bottle of wine and take it away personally labelled? Visit the olive oil mill by the vineyard and see how olive oil is made, do tastings and take  away a small bottle of oil as a souvenir?

9. Visit a 16th century wine cellar in Paris where Ernest Hemingway bought his wines? Do a wine tasting lunch with the owner who is our Paris wine specialist.

10. Do a cookery course in Nice and visit the famous local market to choose your ingredients under the guidance of your chef?

11. Blend and make your own perfumes ar a perfume school and visit a perfume museum or see how perfumes and scented soaps are made?
