Marie is a trip planner extraordinary. As a travel writer and therefore frequent traveler, I like to find the little-known, off the beaten path places and hotels with charm. Marie helped me enormously when I made a recent trip to France, and provided experiences that I will be writing about for years. I like the fact that she truly knows France and doesn't just rely on a directory of hotels and restaurants, but can give you personal recommendations. Her company fills a needed gap between do-it-yourself, and one-size-fits all tours. I would recommend her to anyone for tours of France and Scotland.

Marie takes care of all the research needed for a great driving vacation! She saves me the time and effort of mapping an interesting route, selecting a great hotel, and guides me to visit only the places I'll find most interesting.
I highly recommend her services for Scotland or France and have many times. The fact that she came to visit me while on my trip to Scotland was the icing on the cake.
The inn she booked for me in France was sublime! Can't wait to plan my next visit to France with her. Great Results, Expert, High Integrity I hired Marie in 2008, and hired her more than once.

Hello Marie! How are you? The trip to France was wonderful, and I am finally back from all travels (just last week) until London in the fall. Thank you for everything you did to help arrange my trip.
We truly enjoyed the time we spent with Lionel and Dominique and we tasted some lovely wines. We enjoyed them so much that we bought 3 cases between the 4 of us - a total of about $900!

Sue and I had a fabulous time in Paris, Reims and Strasbourg as well as Hayden and his partner with us in Paris. Thanks for making all the accommodation arrangements - the hotels were all centrally located and of good standard.

We are back from our trip to France and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed everything. We did plan way too much but I do not know what I would have cut out.
We enjoyed every place we stayed. We all thought you did an excellent job with our accommodations. They were all very centrally located to where we were visiting.
Last night my husband and I were discussing our trip and which place we liked the best. We both agreed that the chateau in Burgundy was our favorite place that we stayed. Our rooms were both very luxurious and their breakfast was very satisfying.
Of course we had a wine tasting with our friends and are splitting a case of their wine. I hope when it arrives we will enjoy it as much as we did in Burgundy. His second favorite was the chateau in Normandy. After all our traveling and touring the first day, this place was great. They had a little lounge where we enjoyed a cocktail before dinner and could relive our day.
My second favorite was your hotel in Paris. I thought that their bed was the best and they fit everything you would need in their rooms. I just really enjoyed the place!
The other chateau in the Loire Valley was very nice also. The meals we had in their dining room were both excellent and they could not have been more accommodating both nights. We will always remember the beauty of the Loire Valley.
We were all very pleased with the French people who we found to be very friendly. The country itself was so clean and their roads all in such great shape. We did a lot of touring on the smaller back road so that we could enjoy the countryside. Dan and I are really missing our morning bagettes with fresh butter and the other pastries.
So, thank you again, Marie for a trip well planned and for all your help. I am sorry for that mix up with the days in Normandy, but the chateau was very gracious to us about our meal. Thank you again.
